ESSENTIAL TIP OF THE MONTH
So many people have difficulty sleeping or falling asleep. Here are some suggestions for a good night’s sleep:
1. Start winding down an hour before sleep by turing off all your media devices. Do not charge them overnight in your bedroom, or if you must, plug them in as far away from your bed as possible.
2. Apply LAVENDER DREAMS OR CHILL to your wrists and inhale the pure scent. The olfactory nerves connect to the limbic system, so you should begin to feel relaxed.
3. Get into bed with a good book, and remove your thoughts from daily life.
4. Turn off your lights, lie down and become aware of you breath as it passes through your nostrils. If your mind is still active and thinking of what you need to do the next day, make a list for the next day and release your mind from holding onto the list.
