On this Mother’s Day Weekend, our Daily Business Shoutout goes out to the stunning, Sahaja Douglass, creator and founder of SahajaEssentialOils. For many years, she studied with aromatherapy masters teaching various workshops around LA. After the workshops, she would immediately run home and begin blending, diffusing and rubbing her own oils on her family. If one of her two beautiful sons caught a cold, she diffused eucalyptus, myrrh, cedar or pine and if her husband was anxious about a meeting, she made a blend of lavender, cedar and frankincense. It was just five years ago, after making essential oil blends for her family and gift sets for friends, everyone pleaded with her to create her own essential oils company. Thus, sahajaessentialoils was born. .
She has since amassed a loyal following, plus an article featuring her product in Vogue!!! Her oils have grown from her initial signature 5 blends for wearing and diffusing to a grand total of 34 blends! .
Sahaja’s story shows that anyone can pursue their dreams no matter where they are in life and turn their deepest passions into a business to gift to the world. Follow sahajaessentialoils and comment below to enter her giveaway for her much sought-after Essence of Divine Love Essential Oil, made in partnership with renowned healer, Shiva Rea! My favorite prayer right now is the Serenity Prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. I think that is the best advice I have received. Also, remember that the only constant in life is change. Follow your passions, have a good plan and work hard!” ...
